CU*Answers’ Organizational Resource Development (ORD) department created the Core Skills program aimed at honing the skills of current managers to go from “good-to-great” as well as to introduce employees who may be interested in leadership to these skills.

The program consists of ten 90-minutes classes, each covering a specific leadership subject by examining the high-level concepts and theories, then adding detail based on the unique culture of CU*Answers. This cultural content included recorded interviews of the Executive Council members addressing specific questions based on the content of each class.
